How to redeem a voucher
a) After purchasing the voucher, it is necessary to reserve the exact date of stay by phone. by number +421907936078 on weekdays, or by email to campingmalabara@gmail.com with the voucher code. The lessor will find out the availability of the date chosen by the client
b) When starting your stay, you must present a printed voucher with a code at the reception.
c) The price does not include a local tax of €1.50/person/night.
d) The validity period is indicated on the voucher. After the expiry of the validity period, the client does not have the right to book a stay in Tree-top village Malá Bara.
Cancellation terms
The client is entitled to withdraw from the purchase of the voucher without giving a reason within 14 days from the day of delivery of the voucher in electronic form, unless the voucher has been used. Withdrawal from the purchase in the sense of the first sentence can be applied by e-mail to the address campingmalabara@gmail.com, while the message must identify the offer, the voucher code and the number of vouchers from which the Client wants to withdraw from the purchase. The payment will be returned to the client back to the account from which the payment was registered.
